Microsoft Office - www.office.com/setup

Microsoft Office is a suite of desktop productivity applications that is designed specifically by Microsoft for business use. It is a proprietary product of Microsoft Corporation and was first released in 1990. For decades, MS Office has been a dominant model in delivering modern office-related document-handling software environments.

Microsoft Office is available in 35 different languages and is supported by Windows, Mac and most Linux variants.

The core components of Microsoft Office are the six items present in the original package, notwithstanding the later addition of services like OneDrive and SharePoint and a web design tool called FrontPage.

The six core programs in Microsoft Office are :-

1. Word.

2. Excel.

3. PowerPoint.

4. Access.

5. Publisher.

6. OneNote.

To install or reinstall Office -

If you see the error This product key has already been used when you enter your product key on www.office.com/setup or Microsoft365.com/setup, this means your product key has already been redeemed and is no longer needed. Instead, use your Microsoft account to sign in to account.microsoft.com and install your Office product.

Microsoft365.com/setup

Open microsoft365.com/setup URL, Sign in, and enter the product key to download and install Microsoft 365 or Office on your computer. To download Microsoft 365 setup, go to www.microsoft365.com/setup and follow instructions.

How to create Microsoft 365 Account?

1.Visit microsoft365.com/setup or Microsoft Cloud Partner site.

2. Click on the “create a new account” or “Sign Up” tab.

3. Enter an email associating to Outlook or use a mobile number.

4. Click next and create a password.

5. Follow instructions and create Microsoft Office 365.

Where to enter your Microsoft 365 product key?

After you purchase 25 digit Microsoft Office 365 product key, then follow below steps and know where to enter the key;

1.Visit microsoft365.com/setup or www.office.com/setup.

2.Sign-in to MS 365 account.

3.Type the keycode correctly.

4.Follow prompts to redeem the key.

Download Microsoft Office 365

1. Launch a web browser and go to the microsoft365.com/setup link.

2. Click sign-in and enter Microsoft 365 account details to login.

3. Now, reach on Microsoft home page and click Office 365 install.

4. Wait and let the setup get downloaded.

Microsoft Office 365 installation for windows

1. After the download from microsoft365.com/setup webpage, select options like Run, Save File, setup, or another as per used browser.

2. Wait for a prompt and hit YES.

3. Wait again until you see – You’re all set! The office is installed now.

4. Read and click “I accept” to accept the license terms

Microsoft Office 365 installation for Mac

1.To open the download file from the microsoft365.com/setup page, go to Finder.

2.Open Downloads and double-tap on the installer.pkg file.

Review the (microsoft365.com/setup to activate) Office 365 license terms and tap Continue.

1. Browse the location and click Install.

2. Type the asked Mac details and hit Install Software.

3. Open any of the apps after installation to get started.

4. Tap Get started and use the software.

What is an Office Product Key ?

Product Key is required only when you have purchased Office Offline or from a local store. This is not required when you have made the purchase online. This is an easy process though but can be hard to handle for some. If you want help you can contact us, though we recommend you not to share your product key with the US or anyone. Someone might be able to phish you or scam you.

Sign in to view the Microsoft account, Services & subscriptions page to see if your product has already been added to your Microsoft account. If it has, you don't need a product key to install your product. If you bought your product online from the Microsoft Store, be sure to sign in using the Microsoft account you used to buy your product.

What to do if your product key has already been used ?

Your product key can only be redeemed once. It isn't meant to be re-used or shared. If you get a message that your product key has already been used, you can go directly to your Microsoft account, Services & subscriptions page to install your product and manage your subscription benefits.

If you bought Microsoft 365 Family and want to share your subscription, please don't send the product key to the people you want to share with because they will see the same error. Instead, send them an email or link using the procedure in How to share your Office 365 Home subscription benefit. This will add their Microsoft accounts to your subscription and allow them to go to their Microsoft account, Services & subscriptions page to install Office apps on their own devices.
